Seminars at the OilDoc Academy during the corona pandemic

According to the Infection Protection Act of April 22, 2021, professional training institutions are allowed to offer in-person training session, subject to compliance with appropriate protection and hygiene concepts and a stable seven-day incidence under 165.

How we ensure your health:

Negative Corona Test

On the first (and third, if applicable) day of the seminar, our seminar participants must present a negative corona test before entering the seminar room. 

The following options are available for this purpose:

  • PCR test in Corona test center: The written or digital certificate of the negative result must not be older than 24 hours.
  • Rapid test at Corona test center: The written or digital certificate of the negative result must not be older than 24 hours.
  • Self-test under supervision (please arrive 15 minutes before the seminar starts). We will be happy to provide you with an easy-to-use self-test free of charge for this purpose.

Corona testing is also mandatory for all OilDoc employees twice a week.

Keep your distance - at least 1.5 m!

  • Individual tables in the seminar room at a distance of 2 m.
  • Seating in the break room at a distance of 1.5 m.
  • No group work
  • Speaker during seminar behind plexiglass partition.
  • Use rules for stairs and elevator.
  • No buffet-style food, but served on plates.

  • Provision of disinfectant dispensers, skin-friendly soap and paper towels.
  • Masks and gloves for employees serving food and beverages.
  • 2x daily disinfection of door handles & banisters.
  • Regular ventilation or weather-dependent open windows in the seminar and break room

Community masks

  • Provision of mouth-nose covers (community masks).
  • Community masks are mandatory when entering the building and when moving around in the building (using the toilet, going to the break room) and during the training.
  • Of course the mask may be removed during the food breaks.

  • Notice signs and floor markings
  • Detailed presentation at the beginning of the seminar on hygiene and protection requirements
  • Invitation to participants and employees with corresponding symptoms to leave the seminar or to stay at home
