Consent to receive marketing information

I agree that OilDoc GmbH and our OELCHECK partners may use the contact details (address, e-mail address) provided by me in order to send me regular news on current topics relating to oil analysis, lubrication and lubricant application as well as current events. These include also requests for feedback for attended events, suggestions for new topics and updating of data, so that I can continue to be adequately informed in the future. The frequency of the submissions depends on the type of events offered and attended by me.

To optimize notes by e-mail, OilDoc determines how often they are opened by recipients and which links are clicked.

I also agree that the OilDoc personalizes the submissions based on this information and matches my personal interests. For this purpose, OilDoc may also use the following information, which I have indicated on the OilDoc website or which may already be stored in the Customer Relationship Management system, e.g. through a previous contact or visit to an OilDoc event:

• personal contact details (e.g., name, title, company, role / function, country, telephone number)
• Information about the company I am working on (for example, address, industry and any other publicly available information)
• I attended and requested events at OilDoc
• specified interests

I can object to the use of my data for this purpose at any time, even partially, by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@oildoc.de. I can also object to the sending of further e-mails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe links provided in the e-mails.

Thereafter, the submissions are set. Depending on the opposition, this may take up to two weeks for technical reasons and shipping status.
