Commercial vehicles (eg, buses, trucks, tractors, crane trucks) and mobile machines (construction vehicles, such as forklifts, dump trucks, snow groomers, and municipal vehicles, such as refuse trucks, road sweepers, sewer cleaning machines) contain a variety of different modules, their reliable function and lifespan ensured by the lubricant. They often work under very different operating conditions. For example, as a truck in long-distance transport with high annual mileage, in the construction site characterized by stop-and-go or as a municipal vehicle in seasonal use.
The regular oil monitoring makes it possible to adapt the oil change intervals without risk to very different conditions. At the same time, they provide reliable information on abnormal wear and the increased entry of contaminants. Potential disorders can be detected early and treated proactively.
