The Training for Beginners and Practitioners

Further training to become a ‘Professional Lubricant Expert (m/f/d)’ in four modules (all modules can also be booked individually).

Our training series provides you with the necessary foundational and practical knowledge to select lubricants based on application requirements. You will learn to understand the application-specific instructions, specifications, and technical data listed on the technical data sheets, and will be able to confidently apply them in practice.

  • Thanks to the modular structure, it can be customised to the individual area of responsibility and level of knowledge.

Lubricants have a decisive influence on the reliability, performance and effectiveness of the operation of vehicles, machinery and complex industrial plants. The ever-increasing performance of machines is accompanied by a growing number of highly specialised high-performance lubricants and functional fluids. Their correct selection, handling and maintenance constantly present new challenges for the technical staff of oil companies, service providers and system operators.

Certification:
Professional lubricant expert

Due to its modular structure, it is possible to join this training series at any time. After successfully completing all four modules and passing an online exam, you will receive a high-quality certificate and will be authorised to use the official “Professional lubricant expert” logo.

Modules 1 and 2 cover the basic knowledge of the largest and most important areas of mineral oil application technology. Even in the first modules, we pay particular attention to the customer and user focus.

Module 3 is focussed on the practical handling of lubricants and complements the two basic modules. This is particularly relevant for users of lubricants as well as for technical sales consultants and service specialists with a strong practical orientation. As our participant, you see yourself as a professional advisor to your customers and put this “extra” service at the service of their success.

Module 4 is designed for technical advisors and service specialists who not only process complaints and technical faults, but also accept them as a challenge. The module provides you with the tools you need to achieve a particularly high level of customer acceptance. With a large number of case studies, we ensure maximum practical relevance for you.

The modular design of the training series allows you to customise it to the needs of your specific tasks and areas of activity. We have planned a break of three to six months between each module to allow you to reflect on what you have learnt and apply it in practice before you deepen the knowledge you have already acquired and gain new knowledge in the next module.
