Use and monitoring of hydraulic fluids

Hydraulic fluids: Efficient, sustainable & reliable use

Hydraulic fluids perform a variety of tasks in modern systems – they transmit forces, control, lubricate, cool and protect against corrosion and contamination. However, increasing pressures, temperatures and dynamic volume flows require targeted selection and maintenance in order to ensure maximum system availability and sustainability.

In our certificate course, you will gain in-depth insights into the requirements of modern hydraulic systems. You will learn how to select the optimum hydraulic fluid for your application – far beyond the minimum requirements of DIN and ISO standards.

Speaker Rüdiger Krethe will show you in a practical way which key factors are decisive for oil selection, maintenance and care. Focus of the course:

  • Oil selection & system requirements for sustainable system operation
  • Optimised oil change intervals & early detection of wear
  • Failure analysis & oil analysis for proactive maintenance
  • Efficient oil care to extend fluid service life

Benefit from practical solutions for the economical and reliable operation of your hydraulic systems!

Target Group

  • Skilled employees and executives working in the field of maintenance
  • Engineers, foremen, fitters and service technicians from component and system manufacturers and their service partners
  • Sales engineers and sales people of lubricant proucers und their resellers
  • Technical purchasers for lubricants and operating fluids
  • Application engineers working in mobile labs as well as for on-site condition monitoring and fluid management
  • Appraisors and surveyors for damage analysis and machine malfunction
  • Technically interested employees who want to extend their knowledge in the areas lubrication techniques and tribology
