The OilDoc Academy specialises in practical training in the fields of lubrication, lubricants, tribology, oil analysis and condition-based maintenance. Specialists and managers from industry and maintenance gain knowledge from us that they can put to immediate practical use.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent presentation skills, who combines sound technical expertise with strong teaching skills and is keen to play an active role in shaping and further developing our range of seminars and training courses.

Your Responsibilities

As a presenter, you convey advanced technical knowledge in a way that is easy to understand, practical, and engaging. At the same time, you’ll contribute your own experience, new topics, and ideas to the continued development of the OilDoc Academy. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting hands-on seminars, workshops, and certification courses on lubrication, lubricants, tribology, oil monitoring, oil analysis, and proactive maintenance
• Training sessions at the OilDoc Academy in Brannenburg, directly at our national and international clients’ locations, and in the virtual classroom
• Design, updating, and further development of seminar content, presentations, and training materials
• Development of new training topics and continuing education formats based on current technical developments and industry requirements
• Providing tribological and lubrication consulting services, as well as support for complex technical issues and troubleshooting
• Close collaboration with the experts at OELCHECK and the incorporation of real-world use cases and insights from oil analysis into our training programs
• Active participation in shaping the professional, methodological, and pedagogical development of our seminar program
• Gradually taking on responsibility for one’s own areas of focus and professional development programs

What you’ll need:

• A degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification
• A thorough understanding of machines, equipment, and technical systems in which lubricants are used
• Practical work experience in the fields of lubricants, lubrication technology, tribology, maintenance, condition monitoring, or oil analysis
• Several years of experience in conducting seminars, training sessions, workshops, or similar professional development programs
• Strong teaching skills and the ability to explain even complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable, clear, and practical
• A confident and persuasive demeanor when addressing diverse groups of participants—from maintenance technicians to technical decision-makers
• A passion for presenting, moderating, and engaging in direct professional exchanges with people
• Excellent proficiency in German and English, as well as the ability to confidently lead seminars in both languages
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Initiative and a desire not only to teach existing content but also to further develop topics and continuing education formats from a professional, methodological, and pedagogical perspective
