Successful ‘Certified Hydraulic Oil Specialist’ certification course 2026 – available via live stream for the first time
On 17. and 18. March 2026 took place our tried-and-tested certificate course The “Certified Hydraulic Oil Specialist” course is taking place once again in Brannenburg – and for the first time, it will also be streamed live.
A total of 11 participants successfully passed their exam and are now officially certified.
Course content: Practical and up-to-date
The course provides in-depth specialist knowledge of hydraulic oils, which play a key role in modern systems. Hydraulic fluids transmit forces, lubricate, cool, control and protect the systems. Given the increasing demands placed on equipment, the careful selection and maintenance of oils are crucial to operational reliability and the service life of the systems.
Speaker Rüdiger Krethe guided the participants through the following topics in a practical manner:
- Selecting the right hydraulic oil, taking system requirements into account
- Optimisation of oil change intervals and early detection of signs of wear
- Failure analysis and oil analysis as the basis for proactive maintenance
- Effective oil maintenance to extend the service life of hydraulic fluids
NEW: Seminar available as an in-person event or via live stream
For the first time, the course was offered as a live video stream alongside the in-person event in Brannenburg. This hybrid format allowed participants to take part flexibly and from anywhere. The new format was very well received by the participants and is set to be offered on a regular basis in future.

The next ‘Certified Hydraulic Oil Specialist’ course will take place on 23. and 24. February 2027 – back on site in Brannenburg and simultaneously via live stream. Interested professionals can register now and benefit from this practical training.
