Lubricant technician - certificate course

Practical expertise with certification option

The practice-orientated lubricant training course consists of two modules and provides comprehensive basic knowledge on the selection and application of lubricants. Participants receive in-depth knowledge of classic lubricant application technology and the basics of professional handling of lubricants in practice.

OilDoc certificate course ‘Certified lubricant technician’

After successful completion of the examination, the OilDoc certificate ‘Certified Lubricant Technician’ is awarded. In addition, certified graduates receive the official logo for use. Alternatively, the modules can also be attended without an examination – in this case, participants receive a certificate of attendance.

Regardless of whether you want to be specifically certified or simply want to expand your knowledge – this course provides the perfect basis for the safe and professional handling of lubricants!

The lubricant technician exam

Examination procedure

The examination takes place directly after Module 2 at the OilDoc Academy and includes:

  • Multiple-choice test with approx. 100 questions under supervision
  • Minimum requirement: 80 % correct answers to pass
  • Prompt evaluation with direct feedback

Your certificate & logo usage rights

After successfully passing the exam, you will receive the OilDoc certificate and the official logo for your qualification as a lubricant technician – recognised proof of your expertise and a valuable unique selling point for your professional career.

Note: in order to be admitted to the examination, all two modules of the certificate course must be completed in full.

Practical transfer & consolidation

There are 3 to 6 months between the modules to apply and consolidate what you have learnt in practice.
