Seminar on lubrication and oil monitoring for hydraulic systems

In this 3-day seminar, you will learn how to operate your hydraulic systems economically and reliably. Module 3 of the training series: Certified Lubricant Expert

In this two-day seminar, you will learn practical ways to optimise lubricant use through simplification of types, lubrication schedules and labelling systems. Lubricating greases – properties, selection and monitoring

The two-day seminar is your next step towards greater plant and machine reliability. You will learn how to use lubricating greases correctly, recognise and solve lubrication problems, use lubricating grease analyses effectively and interpret laboratory results correctly in order to reduce costs.

Lubrication and condition monitoring for turbines and compressors

In this 3-day seminar, we will teach you how to select the optimal lubricant for economical and reliable plant operation. You will learn how to extend oil change intervals, reduce costs through improved filtration and oil maintenance, and detect unusual wear and malfunctions at an early stage. We will also show you how to analyse the causes of damage after breakdowns, take meaningful oil samples and use oil analyses for proactive maintenance. Finally, you will learn how to evaluate analysis results and correctly use warning values to assess machine damage and oil condition.

Coolant – the underestimated operating fluid

During the one-day seminar, these questions will be answered and the coolant as an operating material will be examined in more detail. Lubrication and condition monitoring for gas engines

In this two-day seminar, you will learn the basics of gas engine lubrication, the effects of gas type and gas quality, and operational influences on engine oils. We also deal with biogenic fuels (ignition jet engines) and the analysis of cooling water.

Understanding and interpreting IR spectra

Our two-day seminar provides an insight into the fundamentals and practical application of FT-IR spectroscopy for new and used lubricants. Examples from more than 15 years of lubrication analysis with hundredthousands of infrared-spectra are helpful tools to demystify the application of FTIR-spectroscopy.
You will then be able to “read” and understand FT-IR spectra for oils and lubricants.
