Building Expertise in Oil Analysis and Lubricating Oil Monitoring
This workshop is designed for experienced professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in lubricant analysis. In a small group of no more than 15 people, we offer you an intensive and hands-on learning environment. This training course provides comprehensive knowledge of the aging processes in lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids, as well as how to reliably monitor them using modern analytical methods. Particular emphasis is placed on comprehensively preventing varnish formation through optimal oil selection, continuous monitoring, and preventive oil maintenance.
In the practical portion, you will analyze and evaluate real-world laboratory reports and oil samples specifically from the field of turbines and turbochargers. You will learn to correctly interpret complex analysis results, identify anomalies in operational status, and derive well-founded recommendations for action. The in-depth exchange of experiences in a small group fosters meaningful discussions and personalized learning at an expert level.
