What is the content?

Gear exist in different forms and sizes. They work unser different conditions in continous or intermittent operation. The components of gears have to cope with continously increasing torques as even with an increasing power the components have to become smaller. These challenging demands on the plant reliability and availability require an optimal lubrication and a professional oil and plant monitoring.

A trend monitoring of the gear oil offers a great possibility to recognize irregularities at early stages and therefore to extend the life time of the oil and plant.

In our Online-Training-Series you learn which paramters you have to monitor for modern gear oils besides to the classical ones. You will learn about their meaning and how you can deduce valuable recommendations when combining these parameters with single indicated values.

Target group

  • Skilled employees and executives working in serive and maintenace
  • Engineers and service technicians of gear and plant producers
  • Technical staff working in construction, service and distribution
  • Distribution engineers and sales People of lubricant Producers and their distribution partners
  • Technical buyers of lubricants and operational fluids
  • Application engineers working in mobile labs, on-site condition monitoring and fluid management
