The internationally recognized certificate „Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS)“ is highly valued in the industry. It stands for above average knowledge in the area tribology and lubrication. To pass the exam, participants have to show their knowledge about lubrication technical connections and deeper knowledge in lubricant application in a 3 hours exam.
Currently only about 1.310 engineers own the CLS certificate. However, around 40% do not pass the exam in the first try.
